These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the 3D Prints Nation website and any purchases, transactions, accounts, content submissions, or services made available through it. The website is owned and operated by JWN Limited, LLC, doing business as 3D Prints Nation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using this website, creating an account, uploading content, placing an order, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the website or place an order on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Products and Services

We offer 3D printed products and related goods or services for sale. All product descriptions, photos, dimensions, colors, materials, specifications, and availability are subject to change without notice. We attempt to present products as accurately as possible, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, colors, finishes, images, dimensions, or specifications will be perfectly exact.

Because 3D printing is a manufacturing process, products may contain normal characteristics such as minor layer lines, slight finish differences, small dimensional tolerances, or other reasonable variations that do not materially affect intended use.

4. Orders; Acceptance; Cancellation Rights Reserved by Us

All orders are subject to review, acceptance, availability, and fraud screening. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse, limit, cancel, or reject any order at any time, including for:

  • suspected fraud
  • pricing or listing errors
  • inventory or production issues
  • suspected misuse
  • incomplete or inaccurate information
  • chargeback history
  • policy violations
  • legal, security, or compliance concerns

If we cancel an order after payment is captured, we may issue a refund in accordance with our policies and processor procedures.

5. Made-to-Order, Custom Orders, and No Cancellation Policy

Many items sold through our website are made to order, produced on demand, customized, or manufactured specifically for the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • production may begin shortly after an order is placed
  • materials, labor, machine time, and fulfillment resources may be committed promptly
  • custom, personalized, made-to-order, and produced-on-demand items are generally non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-refundable once production has begun
  • we may, in our sole discretion, deny cancellation requests even if production status is not visible to the customer

Requests to modify, cancel, or change an order after submission are not guaranteed and may be denied.

6. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, product descriptions, images, taxes, shipping calculations, and listings at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

Payments are processed through third-party processors. By submitting payment information, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to use the payment method submitted
  • the billing information provided is accurate
  • charges may be authorized and captured in connection with your order

We are not responsible for bank delays, processor outages, card issuer decisions, or payment-provider actions outside our control.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

We will make reasonable efforts to process and ship orders in a timely manner, but shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, risk of loss, theft, delay, misdelivery, mishandling, or damage in transit passes to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law.

JWN Limited, LLC and 3D Prints Nation are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, misdelivered, or damaged after acceptance by the shipping carrier.

We are also not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • weather events
  • delivery exceptions
  • porch theft
  • refused packages
  • forwarding issues
  • failed delivery attempts
  • delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer-provided addresses
  • customs or border delays, if applicable

You are solely responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

8. Package Claims and Carrier Issues

If a package is lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged in transit, you may need to work directly with the shipping carrier, shipping insurer, or other applicable third party. We may, but are not obligated to, provide reasonable assistance by supplying available tracking details, shipment records, packing documentation, or photographs. Unless required by law, we are not obligated to replace, refund, reimburse, or reship items for carrier-related issues.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all sales are final.

We may review certain issues on a case-by-case basis, but any replacement, exchange, store credit, partial refund, or exception is offered solely at our discretion unless otherwise required by law.

We may deny requests involving:

  • buyer’s remorse
  • minor cosmetic variations inherent to 3D printing
  • incorrect addresses provided by the customer
  • carrier-related issues after shipment
  • refused shipments
  • failure to read product descriptions
  • misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation
  • normal wear and tear

10. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

11. Website Use Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful purposes
  • submit false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • interfere with website operation or security
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, accounts, or servers
  • scrape, crawl, automate, or exploit the site without permission
  • engage in fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or harassment
  • upload content that infringes intellectual property rights or violates the law

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, product descriptions, code, page layout, images, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to JWN Limited, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, sold, or exploited without prior written permission.

13. User-Submitted Content; Uploads; Design Files

If we allow users to upload, submit, send, or store designs, files, models, text, images, instructions, or other content, you represent and warrant that:

  • you own the content or have all rights necessary to submit it
  • the content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • the content does not violate any law or our policies

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, adapt, and use submitted content solely as reasonably necessary to operate the service, fulfill orders, resolve disputes, investigate complaints, or comply with legal obligations.

We may remove, refuse, suspend, or disable access to any content at any time in our sole discretion.

14. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same. If you believe any content, design, file, or material on or through our website infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice of claimed infringement to:

A notice should include, at minimum:

  • identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
  • identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location
  • your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
  • your physical or electronic signature

We reserve the right to remove or disable access to allegedly infringing content, terminate repeat infringers, and take other action we consider appropriate.

15. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website, products, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the website will be secure or free of harmful components.

16. Product Use and Customer Responsibility

You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for your intended use. We are not responsible for injury, damage, loss, or claims arising out of misuse, improper installation, modification, unsafe use, improper storage, or use inconsistent with product descriptions or instructions.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JWN Limited, LLC, 3D Prints Nation, and their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, revenue, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to:

  • use of or inability to use the website
  • any product purchased through the website
  • shipping issues or carrier conduct
  • website downtime or technical problems
  • unauthorized access
  • customer misuse of products
  • disputes involving uploaded content or design files

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the website, products, or services shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless JWN Limited, LLC, 3D Prints Nation, and their owners, members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to:

  • your breach of these Terms
  • your misuse of the website or products
  • your violation of any law or third-party right
  • your uploaded or submitted content
  • your account activity
  • your fraud, negligence, or misconduct

19. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to respond with order records, communications, account details, IP data, tracking information, shipment records, photos, fulfillment records, and other relevant evidence. We reserve all rights to dispute improper chargebacks and to pursue recovery for fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith payment disputes.

20. Binding Arbitration

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the website, any order, any product, any submitted content, or the relationship between you and JWN Limited, LLC or 3D Prints Nation shall be resolved by final and binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the matter qualifies.

The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of any class, consolidated, representative, or mass proceeding. The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes regarding the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration provision, except where prohibited by law.

The arbitration shall take place in Missouri, unless the parties agree otherwise. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

21. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and the Company agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff, claimant, or class member in any purported class action, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or other consolidated or group proceeding.

Unless both you and the Company expressly agree otherwise in writing, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.

22. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent federal law governs arbitration or other issues.

23. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

24. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

25. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website and transactions made through it.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the website. Changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
